Toronto officially turned 191 on March 6, and the city is marking the occasion with a host of family-friendly events, cultural festivities, and community showcases. From waterfront fireworks to local markets, here’s where to celebrate our city’s story and spirit.

🎉 Celebrate Toronto Festival at Nathan Phillips Square

📅 Dates: April 5–6, 2025
📍 Location: Nathan Phillips Square, Downtown Toronto
🎟️ Admission: Free

Celebrate Toronto returns with live music, artisan markets, skating (weather permitting), and local food trucks. There’s a family zone featuring games and activities for all ages, plus a community stage highlighting Toronto performers and storytellers.

🧑‍🎨 Toronto Made Market: Spring Edition

📅 Date: April 6, 2025
📍 Location: The Great Hall, Queen Street West
🎟️ Admission: Free

This spring edition of the Toronto Made Market features over 60 local vendors selling handmade goods, art, kids’ crafts, treats, and more. It’s a great way to support small businesses while celebrating the city’s creativity.
