The City of Toronto released its 2025 Corporate Asset Management Plan this week, revealing an $8 billion reduction in the city’s longstanding infrastructure funding gap. With $59.6 billion in investments planned over the next decade, Mayor Olivia Chow called the update a “milestone in long-term fiscal planning.” Roads, transit, water systems, and city-owned buildings are among the top priorities for reinvestment.
