MomenTO: Sounds Like Toronto celebrates the city’s influence on Canadian music by showcasing some of its diverse talent with six free concerts in October and November.
This music series is part of the City of Toronto’s MomenTO and TO Canada with Love programs.
“Toronto’s music scene has helped define Canada’s identity across the country and around the world,” said Mayor John Tory. “This series will inspire all of us to know and appreciate some of the vibrant rhythms of our city.”
This mix of originators, innovators, established and emerging artists will help honour the enduring impact of Toronto musicians and venues on the national music scene. Concert details are available at http://www.toronto.ca/momento.

• Folk Roots and Branches – Tuesday, October 24 at 8:30 p.m.
