TORONTOApril 12, 2019 /CNW/ – The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) are bringing the excitement of the 2019 NBA Playoffs to Toronto with NBA Winners’ Corner presented by OLG. This immersive, 13,000 square foot basketball-themed fan experience showcasing the rich history of the NBA Finals and The Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy will also feature appearances by seven-time NBA Champion, Robert Horry, nine-time NBA All-Star and NBA Champion, Gary Payton, and seven-time NBA All-Star and three-time NBA Champion, James Worthy.

The free event, open to guests ages 18 and older, will take place at 950 Dupont Street on April 13-14 & 18-19.  Registration is now open at NBA.com/WinnersCorner.

  • HIT OR MISS Pop-A-Shot, featuring a running leaderboard where fans can compete against each other to win autographed prizes
  • LOTTO MAX Champions Room, showcasing priceless NBA memorabilia from iconic moments spanning the history of the game
  • PRO•LINE Half-Court, where guests can test their shooting skills for the chance to meet an NBA legend
  • LOTTO 6/49 Golden Ticket Room, where fans have the chance to win prizes, including 2019 NBA Playoffs tickets
  • T-shirt Customization Station, featuring all 30 NBA team logos and a dedicated OLG retail space
  • An NBA theatre, featuring highlights of some of the greatest moments in NBA Finals history

The Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy is awarded annually to the winning team of the NBA Finals. Designed by Tiffany & Co. in 1977, the trophy is comprised of nearly 16 pounds of sterling silver, then vermeiled in 24 karat gold.
