Largest Female Surfing Event In The World Includes Live Concert Series Featuring The Vamps, Madison Beer, Cody Simpson, Drake Bell And More!
OCEANSIDE, Calif., July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — ASA Entertainment announced today that the Nissan Concert Series will expand to more than 20 free concerts — all happening during the 12th annual Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro at the Oceanside Pier in Oceanside, Calif., from July 27-29, 2018. The free, family-friendly event includes the largest female surf competition in the world and a festival centered around female empowerment — providing opportunities for women in sports and entertainment, where women are typically underrepresented.
The Supergirl Pro Concert Series includes live performances on the Radio Disney Stage by top-selling British band, The Vamps, pop sensation Madison Beer, multi-platinum recording artist Cody Simpson, star of Nickelodeon’s Drake & Josh Drake Bell, rising star Alex Aiono, winner of Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing, JAGMAC, and 14 additional artists including Megan Nicole, Loote, Elle Winter, Josie Dunne, Jordyn Jones, and more. The Nissan Concert Series will run from noon – 6p.m. on Friday, July 27; 11:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 28; and noon – 5:15 p.m. Sunday, July 29 on the Radio Disney Stage near Oceanside Pier. For the full schedule, visit http://supergirlpro.com/.

The event also features Supergirl Gamer Pro — the only female esports tournament in the U.S. Supergirl Gamer Pro will host open tournaments and game play in League of Legends, Hearthstone, Super Smash Bros. 4, Fortnite, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Registration and attendance are free.
Additional entertainment at the 3-day festival includes an all-female DJ contest featuring Radio Disney’s DJ Lela B, a “Curb Queens” women’s street skateboarding competition, Reebok fitness classes with fitness guru Ashley Horner, a female empowerment panel — including 4-time US Olympian Lindsey Jacobellis, the first female fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force, Brigadier General Jeannie Leavitt, and esports star Stephanie “missharvey” Harvey —autographs from the pros, hair styling by Paul Mitchell, a new “Pier Garden” on Oceanside Pier, a Celebrity Surf Invitational and more.
