HAMILTON, ONTARIO — Pizza Nova is bringing the taste of Italy to a new corner of Hamilton with the grand opening of its fifth local location this Saturday. The family-owned Ontario-based brand is marking the occasion with a citywide celebration and a community-first initiative aimed at tackling food insecurity.
On Saturday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Pizza Nova will host a Customer Celebration Day at its newest location at 1200 Rymal Road East in the Nebo Centre Plaza. To mark the milestone, walk-in customers at all five Hamilton stores will be able to purchase a medium cheese or pepperoni pizza for just $5.99 — with $1 from each sale donated to Hamilton Food Share.
The funds raised will support Hamilton Food Share’s essential work distributing food to the city’s network of food banks, emergency shelters, and meal programs. As the city’s central food distribution hub, Hamilton Food Share plays a vital role in serving individuals and families facing hunger in the region.
