TORONTO — Today the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, Ross Romano, released the following statement as students go back to school:

“I want to extend my best wishes to all postsecondary students heading back to class this week.

The start of a new academic year is an exciting time. As students immerse themselves in their studies, extracurricular activities, and social lives, they will be learning the skills needed to be future leaders, entrepreneurs, and job creators.

A new school year is an exciting time. Ontario has some of the best postsecondary institutions, educators and support staff in the country. I wish all students the very best as they continue to gain the experience and skills needed to thrive in an increasingly complex world and economy.”
