The Tampa Bay Rays will explore the concept of sister cities with the Montreal Group

MONTREAL, June 20, 2019 / CNW Telbec / – In response to Jeff Passan’s ESPN article , “Rays to explore splitting games with Montreal”, Stephen Bronfman made the following statement:

“We have been working hard for several years to examine how we can bring back baseball to Montreal in a sustainable way. This concept is really interesting for my partners and for me and we look forward to studying it further. “

The Montreal Group will make no further comments before the Tampa Bay Rays press meeting is scheduled for next week.
