Weekend events with road closures in Toronto

Starting today, information about weekend events with road-closure permits in Toronto will be updated weekly (on or before Thursday) on toronto.ca, at http://www.toronto.ca/RoadClosures. 

Several events are scheduled for full and rolling road closures from today (June 7) to Sunday, June 9. Residents and visitors are encouraged to come out and enjoy these events. Businesses in the local areas will be open to pedestrian traffic but some roads will be closed to vehicles. 

Festivals and other special events are important to the city, injecting hundreds of millions of dollars annually into Toronto’s economy. They are enjoyed each year by local residents and visitors.
