BMO Introduces New Voice-Enabled Skill for Amazon Alexa

TORONTONov. 15, 2017 /CNW/ – BMO is announcing the launch of the BMO skill for Amazon Alexa in Canada. The BMO skill provides an innovative voice service that gives customers access to banking information such as nearby ATM locations, up-to-date foreign exchange rates and information on BMO products and digital channels. The BMO Skill is secure and easy to set up on any Alexa-enabled device by asking Alexa, or can simply be enabled from the Alexa Skill Store.

The new service is powered by Amazon’s Alexa voice service that is enabled on devices like the Amazon Echo, Echo Plus, and Echo Dot. The BMO skill can be enabled through Alexa by simply saying “Alexa, enable BMO skill,” or through the Alexa app on iOS and Android.
