In addition to the panel and game, fans attending the event will have the opportunity to meet Clara Van Wieren, a forward with the Toronto Sceptres, who will be signing autographs on the concourse during the first intermission.
Tickets for the Women in Sports panel and game start at $16, making the event accessible to students, families, and community members interested in both hockey and career pathways within sports.
Now in its second year, the Brampton Steelheads’ Women in Sports Game reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to leadership, inclusion, and opportunity—both on and off the ice—while highlighting the growing impact of women across every level of the sports industry.
