Do Not Violate Our Women …

A new law called “upskirting” has been enacted in the United Kingdom. In a recent development a lawyer was convicted for using a recording device to film the under skirt of women. The convict who has pleaded guilty to the offence will be sentenced shortly. The convict could get up to two (2) years for this offence. This lawyer now a convict has been banned from using the train system unless to get medical attention or court related travel.

Sex Offender

The upskirting convict could also be registered as a sex offender.

London, ON Canada

A teacher was convicted at HB Beal High school for allegedly using a spy pen and taking images of female’s busts. The lower court found him not guilty initially, but an appeal court found him guilty of the offence. He is really very thirsty?

Personal

On a personal note I had the honour of vising the named school H. B. Beal High (school) while I resided in London about 1995. The attached picture of this cup with the inscription “Beal Raiders” was actually a gift from the school’s administration to me. It is most disappointing to me to see the good name of this noble institution dragged into the mud. I was very impressed as I saw among other things a Auto Mechanic programme.

Privacy

Violation of people’s privacy is very serious. The court frowned on the idea that “privacy was not expected by the victim.” This convict could also be registered as a sex offender. The fact that you are in a public space cannot be viewed as allowing for a free for all. If the alleged victim was in a park or on a public space like on the street, the court may have viewed the incident differently. Is a school or classroom seen as a “public space”?

Perspective

There are a lot of perverts out there. In a school environment there is an expectation for a female or anyone else to feel safe in this space. For someone in a position of trust to so violate is mindless if not madness. We are sad that this could have happened in a school environment.
