TORONTO — One of Canada’s most important culinary celebrations returns this spring, and Caribbean flavours are front and centre.

ByBlacks Restaurant Week runs from May 11 to May 17, 2026, highlighting Black-owned restaurants across the country. Among the featured participants is Carib Dish, a growing Caribbean brand with locations in both Toronto and Barrie.

Known for its bold, home-style cooking, Carib Dish delivers classic Caribbean dishes rooted in tradition and flavour. The menu reflects staples commonly found across the islands, including jerk chicken, oxtail, curry dishes, rice and peas, and plantains.
