Original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy to tour 38 cities across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico
The original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy will make a highly anticipated stop in Toronto this spring, as part of the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola, a continent-wide journey building excitement ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
Coca-Cola and FIFA announced the North American leg of the global tour will visit 38 cities across Canada, Mexico, and the United States, including all 16 official Host Cities for the 2026 tournament. The tour offers fans a rare opportunity to see football’s most iconic prize up close — the original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy — before it is awarded to the next world champion.
Toronto Stop Confirmed for May 25–26
Toronto will host the trophy on May 25–26, 2026, as part of the Canadian leg of the tour, which begins April 10 in Vancouver and travels through seven cities nationwide. Other Canadian stops include Calgary, Winnipeg, Montreal, Halifax, and Ottawa.
The Canadian portion of the tour will highlight the country’s growing football culture and its role as a co-host of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be the largest and most inclusive edition of the tournament to date.
A Three-Nation Celebration of Football
The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola launched its global journey on January 3 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will ultimately visit 30 FIFA Member Associations worldwide.
The North American leg begins February 26 in Mexico City, where the trophy will travel to 10 Mexican cities before returning to Mexico City ahead of the opening match in June. The U.S. leg begins March 24 in Los Angeles and spans 21 cities from coast to coast, including all 11 U.S. Host Cities.
Over 75 days, the trophy will travel across the continent, delivering immersive fan experiences, interactive football challenges, and appearances tied to FIFA Legends and community celebrations.
