Mississauga to Host Training Camp and Exhibition Game Ahead of 2023 IIHF Women’s World Hockey Championship

The City of Mississauga is excited to host international teams from Japan and France for their pre-tournament training camp and exhibition game ahead of the 2023 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) Women’s World Hockey Championship.

Mississauga will host practices for the teams at Paramount Fine Foods Centre from March 27 to April 1. The teams will conclude their pre-tournament training camp as they go head-to-head with an exhibition game at Port Credit Memorial Arena on Sunday, April 2.

The 2023 IIHF Women’s World Hockey Championship will be hosted at the CAA Centre in Brampton from April 5 to 16 and will include 10 teams from around the world. Canada’s National Women’s team will compete for a third straight gold medal in the tournament.

Cost:
Tickets for the exhibition game are $15 each and can be purchased online.
