In total, Team Toronto has administered more than 7.3 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine since the start of the vaccination campaign. All COVID-19 vaccine data is available on Toronto Public Health’s (TPH) Vaccine Dashboard: www.toronto.ca/home/covid-19/covid-19-pandemic-data/covid-19-vaccine-data/.

All eligible residents are encouraged to get their first and second boosters as soon as possible. As with vaccinations for other diseases, people are best protected when their COVID-19 vaccinations are up to date.

TPH recently added COVID-19 vaccination appointments for children ages six months to under five years at the five City of Toronto immunization clinics. From August 15 to August 21, more than 2,000 appointments for children ages six month to four years and more than 6,000 vaccination appointments for ages five and over are available. These additional appointments are available at Crossroads Plaza, Cloverdale Mall, Mitchell Field Community Centre, Thorncliffe Park Community Hub and 1940 Eglinton Ave. E. The bookings are available through the Ontario Government booking system: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/. A health card is not needed to get a vaccine at a City-run vaccination clinic.

More information and details about clinic locations and hours is available on the City’s COVID-19: Where to Get Vaccinated webpage: www.toronto.ca/home/covid-19/covid-19-vaccines/covid-19-how-to-get-vaccinated/. Residents can also get their COVID-19 doses at Indigenous-led vaccination clinics, select primary care offices and other Team Toronto health care partner clinics.
