Tuesday was another quiet day in Beijing for our Canadian Olympians.

Here is a RECAP of Tuesday at the Olympics for Canada!

***Canada’s Women’s Hockey Team defeated their North American rivals, beating the U.S team with a score of 4 to 2.  Canada’s women’s team still has a perfect record with no losses in Beijing so far.

TAKE A LOOK:

*** Scott Gow of Calgary, Alberta placed fifth in the Men’s Biathlon 20km Individual Race. This was the BEST finish ever by a Canadian athlete in this event!

TAKE A LOOK:

***Jack Crawford from Toronto finished JUST 0.07 seconds behind the bronze medal placing FOURTH in the Men’s Downhill Event. Although this was a personal best performance for Jack, it is a bittersweet feeling to miss the podium by such a narrow margin!

TAKE A LOOK:

***Canada saw another ALMOST medal when Megan Oldham of Parry Sound, Ont., finished in FOURTH place in the Women’s Freestyle Skiing Big Air Event at Beijing 2022.

TAKE A LOOK:

Although there were no medals won today, Tuesday was still a busy day in Beijing!

LETS GO CANADA!!!!
