Crowds gather at Memorial Park in Mississauga for the Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival, returning September 5–7, 2025 for its 27th year.

Mississauga, ON – Mississauga’s most iconic music festival is back. The Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival celebrates its 27th year this weekend — from Friday, September 5 to Sunday, September 7 — transforming Port Credit into a live music mecca with three days of top-tier talent, including headliners The Sheepdogs, Big Sugar, and The Hogtown Allstars Extra Large.

From rising youth talent to Juno-winning rockers, the Southside Shuffle brings together Canada’s best in blues, roots, funk, and jazz — in a mix of ticketed Main Stage shows and free performances throughout Memorial Park, the village of Port Credit, and local clubs.

  • Friday, Sept 5The Sheepdogs (Presented by Visit Mississauga)
    Platinum-selling Saskatoon rockers known for fusing blues, roots, and Southern swagger.

  • Saturday, Sept 6Big Sugar
    Legendary Canadian band blending blues, reggae, funk, and Latin rhythms, with a decades-long chart-topping career.

  • Sunday, Sept 7The Hogtown Allstars Extra Large (Presented by Rama Gaming House)
    A blues supergroup with alumni from the Downchild Blues Band, Maple Blues Band, and guest stars including Alison Young, Cheryl Lescom, and Quisha Wint.

LIUNA Local 183 Street Shuffle

Over 20 bands will perform along Lakeshore Road on Saturday from 1–5 PM, turning the entire village into a vibrant street festival.


Rising Stars, Clubs, and Special Ceremonies

  • Youth Performers will compete in the Rising Star Youth Challenge, supported by Metalworks Studios, SoundsUnite, Long & McQuade, and the Hazel McCallion Foundation.

  • The festival will also host the Mississauga Music Walk of Fame induction ceremony, honouring:

    • Donna Grantis (Prince’s guitarist)

    • Triumph – Legendary Canadian rock trio celebrating their 50th anniversary with the first-ever ICON Award
