The City of Toronto is working with its healthcare partners, pharmacies and Toronto Public Health to administer all available COVID-19 vaccines. To date, 1,906,593 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in Toronto.
As of 8 a.m. on Sunday, May 23, the City will be opening vaccination appointments at City-run immunization clinics to youth age 12 to 17. Those registering for vaccination appointments must be at least 12 years old at the time of booking.
This Victoria Day long weekend, the City is encouraging all residents to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Approximately 7,799 spots remain available at City-run clinics.

The Team Toronto effort is focused on getting as many residents vaccinated as quickly as possible based on available supply. It is also expanding mobile vaccination efforts across Toronto to bring vaccine to the neighbourhoods most in need.
Over the long weekend, Team Toronto Mobile Sprint Strategy will vaccinate approximately 10,000 people at the following pop-up clinics:
Saturday, May 21
• George Webster Elementary School – Students age 12 years and older attending George Webster Elementary School, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School and Regent Heights Public School and their immediate family.
• Joseph Polanyi Collegiate Institute – People age 12 years and older (M6M M6N M6A and M9N)
• Thorncliffe Park Community Hub at East York Town Centre – People age 18 years and older living in any “M” postal code.
• Warden Station North Parking Lot – Seniors age 65 years and older who live in any “M” postal code and their caregivers (18 years or older).
Sunday, May 23
• Amesbury Arena – People age 12 years and older (M6M M6N M6A and M9N).
• Jimmie Simpson Recreation Centre – People age 18 years and older who live or work in any “M” postal code and speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
• SATEC @ W. A. Porter Collegiate Institute – Students age 12 years and older attending SATEC @ W. A. Porter Collegiate Institute, Clairlea Public School, St. Joachim Catholic School, General Brock Public School and Danforth Gardens Public School and their immediate family.
• Toronto City Hall via Nathan Philips Square – People age 12 years and older with priority access given to those from Toronto hot spot postal codes.
Monday, May 24
• Dentonia Park – People age 12 years and older living in any “M” postal code.
• Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute – Students age 12 years and older and their immediate family (schools located in M3C and M4H postal codes).
The City and healthcare partners are working to operate a total of approximately 81 clinics over the long weekend, including mobile teams and on-site clinics, to vaccinate priority groups identified by the Province of Ontario’s priority framework.
City of Toronto immunization clinics
• Yesterday, held nine City-operated immunization clinics: Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto Congress Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Malvern Community Recreation Centre, Mitchell Field Arena, The Hangar, Cloverdale Mall, North Toronto Memorial Community Centre and Carmine Stefano Community Centre.
• Vaccinated approximately 12,208 eligible residents.
• Over the weekend, will vaccinate up to 23,190 people age 18 and older (people age 12 years and older are eligible to book appointments starting on Sunday at 8 a.m.). People without appointments should not attend a City-run immunization clinic.
• On Monday, will vaccinate up to 10,200 eligible residents.
Unity Health Toronto, Downtown East Toronto OHT and West Toronto OHT
• Yesterday, held two on-site clinics and three pop-up clinics.
• Vaccinated 2,424 people who are age 18 years and older, priority hospital and community-based healthcare workers, select inpatients, homebound adults, individuals living in congregate settings, members of the Indigenous community, shelter staff, transplant recipients and those receiving active cancer treatment, and individuals with specific high-risk health conditions.
• Over the weekend, will hold two on-site clinics and four pop-up clinics.
• Will vaccinate 2,265 people belonging to the same groups.
• On Monday, will hold two on-site clinics and one off-site clinic.
• Will vaccinate approximately 900 people belonging to the same groups.

• Yesterday, held three on-site clinics and three mobile clinics.
• Vaccinated 3,182 people who are healthcare workers and students, people age 18 years and older living in hot spot neighbourhoods, long-term care staff and essential caregivers, patients with priority health conditions, Indigenous people, homebound patients, and individuals living in shelters.
• Over the weekend, will hold one on-site clinic in partnership with SickKids Hospital, and two mobile clinics.
• Will vaccinate 1,200 patients age 12 to 18 living with high-risk health conditions and their caregivers, as well as people age 18 years and older living in hot spot neighbourhoods.
• On Monday, will hold one mobile clinic.
• Will vaccinate 70 homebound patients.

• Vaccinated 1,280 people who are age 12 years and older, individuals with health conditions, individuals living in congregate settings and homebound patients.
• Over the weekend, will hold one on-site clinic, five pop-up clinics and two primary care clinics.
• Will vaccinate 6,293 people who are age 12 years and older, and individuals with health conditions.
• On Monday, will hold two pop-up clinics.
• Will vaccinate 1,507 people who are age 12 years and older.

• Over the weekend, will hold two on-site clinics and an off-site clinics in partnership with Baycrest.
• Will vaccinate approximately 1,800 people belonging to the same groups.

• Vaccinated 1,500 people who are age 12 years and older, and high-risk healthcare workers receiving a second dose.

• Will vaccinate 3,000 people belonging to the same groups.
