King Street West is also closed at this intersection, and eastbound left turns are not permitted from The Queensway to Glendale Avenue.

The Carlton Street and Church Street intersection is currently closed for streetcar track replacement.

Also, this weekend, customers travelling on the University side of Line 1 may experience longer than normal travel and wait times as trains will alternate use of the southbound track between Wilson and Lawrence West stations to accommodate maintenance work on the northbound track.

On August 14, service on the portion of Line 2 between St. George and Broadview stations will begin by noon to accommodate beam replacement on Prince Edward (Bloor) Viaduct.

Residents are encouraged to follow @TTCNotices on Twitter, sign up for eAlerts and check www.ttc.ca for the most up-to-date information.

Metrolinx closures
On August 13, Lake Shore East and West GO train schedules will be adjusted to accommodate the Toronto FC game. More information is available at www.GOTransit.com.

Those who need to drive in the general vicinity of road closures should stay alert, consider alternate routes and allow extra time to get to and from their destinations.
