In a pivotal diplomatic mission, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, embarked on a visit to the West Bank, where she engaged in high-level discussions with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Foreign Minister Riad Malki.
