Ontario Covid-19 Numbers for January 19, 2022

In Ontario, 29,664,874 vaccine doses have been administered, with over 103,000 doses administered yesterday.

91.5% of Ontarians 12+ have one dose and 88.8% have two doses.

4,132 people are hospitalized with #COVID19.

53% were admitted to the hospital for COVID-19 and 47% were admitted for other reasons but have tested positive for COVID-19.

82% of patients admitted to the ICU were admitted for #COVID19 and 18% were admitted for other reasons but have tested positive for COVID-19.

Individuals who are fully vaccinated represent 78.5% of Ontario’s total population and account for 224 of Ontario’s 589 ICU admissions.

There are 5,744 new cases of #COVID19.
