Oshawa Generals beat Kingston Frontenac 3 – 1, Force Game 6 at Home

The Oshawa Generals faced the Kingston Frontenac in a game 5 OHL Playoffs elimination game on Saturday.  The Generals trailed in the series 1 – 3 heading into the match played at the Leons Centre in Kingston.

Jordan Frasca scored the 1st goal of the game and his 3rd goal of the playoffs for Kingston Frontenac as they took a quick lead with Frasca scoring just 2:41 minutes into the 1st period.  Oshawa tied the game late in the period with a goal by O. Olausson.

Calum Ritchie and Brett Harrison scored for the Generals in the 2nd period putting the Generals out in front 3 – 1.

No goals were scored in 3rd period and the Oshawa Generals took game 5 on the road and force a game 6 at home in Oshawa.

The Oshawa Generals next playoff game is on Sunday May 1st 2022 back home at the Tributes Community Centre in Oshawa.  The Generals face elimination again heading into game 6 down in the best of 7 series 2 – 3.
