Quickley scores 26 points as Raptors defeat Grizzlies, 116 – 111

The Toronto Raptors were on the road in Memphis Wednesday night to face the Memphis Grizzlies in Tennessee. This was the first game of the Raptors six game road trip before heading back home to Toronto. Raptors new players Immanuel Quickley (IQ) and RJ Barrett (RJ) have been fitting in well since joining the team on Monday with IQ having a breakout game scoring 26 points tonight.

The Raptors outscored the Grizzlies for the first 3 quarters before the Grizzlies made a last minute push in the 4th quarter but Ja Morant and his 28 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds was not enough to complete the comeback. At the end of regulation the Toronto Raptors defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 116 – 111.

Top Scorer

The top scorer for the Raptors on Wednesday was Immanuel Quickley scoring 26 points. Pascal Siakam was the second highest scorer with 24 points and 7 rebounds.
