Raptors Sign Kelly Olynyk to a $26.25M Extension

The Toronto Raptors announced on Monday that the team and Kelly Olynyk have agreed on an extension. The extension is for two years and worth $26.25M.

The Raptors recently traded for the hometown player bringing him in at the trade deadline.  He is currently averaging 9 points this season with a career best 4.2 assists.

Olynyk spent his first three-plus seasons with the Boston Celtics before joining the Miami Heat, Houston Rockets, Detroit Pistons and Utah Jazz.

Kelly Olynyk has said that he wants to retire with the Raptors.
