Toronto City Clerk certifies 23 candidates for the Ward 20, Scarborough Southwest by-election

The Toronto City Clerk has certified 23 candidates for the Ward 20, Scarborough Southwest by-election for the office of Councillor. Advance voting days will be Saturday, November 25 and Sunday, November 26. Election day is Thursday, November 30.
