Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Simmons entered the NBA scene in 2017 as an undrafted prospect before later signing with the Memphis Grizzlies. Since then, he has gained valuable experience across various teams including stints with Cleveland and Charlotte. Over his NBA career, Simmons has maintained averages of 5.3 points, 1.9 assists, and 1.4 rebounds per game, with 38 appearances to his name, including 12 starts.
