Canadian International Real Estate Marketplace is proud to announce that its first North American exhibition, which will bring together innovators, real estate executives, investors and politicians, will be held from May 16 to 18, 2017 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. This exhibition will enable exhibitors to meet potential investors, expand their networks, heighten the profile of their brand and build market confidence. Real estate investors and the members of the general public who attend will be able to purchase properties and renovation services and buy household goods.
The Canadian International Real Estate Marketplace exhibition will be the first event of its kind ever organized in North America. Top Expo Group, a sister organization of Marketplace, has organized similar, very successful real estate investment events in nine counties in Europe and the Middle East for over 25 years and, through doing so, has developed a vast network of over 100,000 real estate investors around the globe and generated over $15 billion in business. Many of these investors will be invited to the Canadian International Real Estate Marketplace exhibition in Toronto.
“We are proud to hold our first international real estate exhibition in Toronto, a city known for its dynamic rapidly growing economy, skilled labour force and its welcoming attitude towards diversity. We are delighted to be working with Habitat for Humanity GTA, our charitable partner and beneficiary, along with our platinum sponsors which include the City of Markham, Tridel, Lennar International and the City of Surprise, Arizona. This event will create a convenient one stop shopping venue for consumers and result in investments that will generate economic growth and jobs. Going forward, we plan to organize many of these same types of exhibitions in other cities throughout North America” stated Marketplace President Mohammed Qadoumi.
