TORONTOSept. 15, 2017 /CNW/ – The Serpa Automotive Group has launched a new concept in automotive retailing – the Serpa Automotive Boutique, 15795 Yonge St., Aurora, which will provide the ultimate luxury: the conservation of precious time in vehicle purchases. Either directly or online, ultra-busy affluent professionals can call on the Serpa Boutique, with no time expenditure on their part and without leaving their offices, to locate any vehicle among numerous brands and dealers and arrange for its purchase and direct delivery to home or business. Due to the wide network of contacts the Serpa family has developed over two decades in automotive retailing, the Boutique can best act as the customer’s representative, able to speak to suppliers in the industry’s language more efficiently.

“We do the difficult work of vehicle research and shopping for our customers,” said Stefano Serpa, Boutique VP and General Manager. “Instead of the buyer visiting four different dealerships or brands, and dealing with numerous sales people, we handle the contacts, obtaining the best purchase and often fastest delivery. They can also complete the process online, very efficiently.”

The Serpa Automotive Boutique will specialize in hard-to-find, in demand luxury marques and rare models, having already sold such vehicles as Bentleys, Mercedes, Porsches, Range Rovers, and Jaguars, while also providing Acuras, Hondas and vehicles like those sold at the Group’s Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT ProMaster dealership at 401 and Kennedy in Toronto.

Serpa Automotive president Frank Serpa will act as the Boutique’s dealer principal while Vice President Stefano Serpa will act as its general manager. Stefano joined Serpa Automotive in 2012 and worked his way up to leading the sales effort at Serpa BMW in Newmarket. “My favorite part of the job is seeing the pure excitement from clients when they pick up their beautiful machines,” Stefano says. “It feels good knowing I was a part of something memorable and the Boutique will make many of those experiences even stronger.”

The Boutique also offers help with financing and an in-house leasing company including a new Lease Termination Division; in addition, the Boutique will include top-level vehicle service, pick up and drop off of vehicles for service or sales—so that the customer never has to leave home. There are complete detailing services, winter tire storage, and Ceramic Pro paint protection, with the Serpa Collision Centre providing the latest techniques and equipment to bring vehicles back to perfection and return them to the Boutique, homes and offices.
