Construction Works at Kennedy Station and At-Grade Eastern Alignment (Ionview, Birchmount, Golden Mile, Hakimi-Lebovic, Pharmacy, O’Connor, and Sloane Stops)
Preparatory works continue in the vicinity of Kennedy Station and along Eglinton Avenue East. Here is an overview of current and upcoming works:
Crews continue to carry out ongoing Preparatory Works and Street Furniture Removal along Eglinton Avenue East between Brentcliffe Road and Midland Avenue. This includes another round of Geotechnical Work in the properties around the existing TTC Kennedy Station.
Crews are mobilizing the Victoria Park – Eglinton Parkette for a clean soil storage site, which means that some trees need to be removed to make space.
Starting on May 1, 2017, there will be a Reduction of Parking Spaces in existing Kennedy Station parking lots.
