Mayor Tory to kick off Holiday Toy and Food Drive

Mayor John Tory, along with members of Toronto City Council, will be joined by Rick Berenz, President, Toronto Fire Fighters Toy Drive, and Nancy Bennett, Director, Daily Bread Food Bank, to launch this year’s City of Toronto Holiday Toy and Food Drive. 

Date: Thursday, November 16 
Time: noon
Location: Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W., Rotunda

Until December 22, donations of unwrapped toys and/or non-perishable food items can be dropped off in collection bins placed at City Hall, Metro Hall and all civic centres. Residents and city staff are encouraged to give generously this holiday season in support of the Toronto Fire Fighters Toy Drive and Daily Bread Food Bank.
