Toronto, March 29th, 2023 – Baskin-Robbins Canada’s newest ice cream flavour is likely one of the oldest flavour combinations known to families across Canada – peanut butter and jam. Named PB & J, the new product is the brand’s Flavour of the Month for April and will find itself a temporary home in dipping cabinets across the chain’s 109 locations in Canada, as part of any

milkshake, sundae or to take home in any of the brand’s fresh packs – while supplies last. PB & J features brown butter-flavoured ice cream, swirled with peanut butter ice cream and wrapped together with a delicate grape jelly ribbon that is sure to bring back childhood memories and nostalgia with every bite.

“Peanut butter and jam was a staple in my lunch rotation as a student,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “Like the sandwich, this new ice cream flavour is worth adding to the “go-to” rotation when it comes to desserts that can bring a smile to your family or group. It’s definitely worth a try.”

Baskin-Robbins Canada is also reintroducing this month two cakes that coincide with guests’ upcoming celebrations. Hopping onto the scene in 2021, Hopscotch the Bunny Cake is back for Easter Time featuring an icing-rich exterior that can be customized with one’s favourite cake and ice cream combination choice– chocolate or vanilla, surrounded by a bed of grass made of sweet icing and colourful sprinkles.

For a more minimalist look, guests can enjoy the Everyday Fudgetop cake, an all-ice cream cake covered with fudge that can be paired with any available flavour to create a tasteful climax for any celebration.
